What Is Flexible Pricing

Flexible Pricing — Choose the Rate That Works for Your Family
We recognize that families have different financial circumstances. Our four-tier pricing model allows you to select the rate that best fits your family and situation. There is no application or approval process—simply choose the level that you can realistically afford. Families who are able to select a higher tier help make camp accessible to others.

“Pay It Forward” - Tier 1

By choosing this Tier, you are covering all the cost of sending your camper, plus helping make camp affordable for other campers.

“Cost Of Camp” - Tier 2

This is what it costs to provide a week of summer camp. By choosing this Tier, you are covering 100% of the cost for your camper to attend.

“Sponsored” Rate - Tier 3

For those who need some help in getting their kids to camp but are able to cover most of the cost.

“Supported” Rate - Tier 4

For the families for whom the cost of camp is truly out of reach, the Sponsored Rate is here to provide the financial help meet the need.

Frequently Asked Questions about Flexible Pricing:

Are payment plans available to spread out the cost of camp?
Yes, we have several payment plan options available
(The sooner you register, the more choices you will have). A credit or debit card is required and will be automatically debited on the same date each month until the registration is paid in full. The amount of each payment depends on how many payments you choose and what size deposit you make when you first register. A minimum deposit of $50 is required for all summer overnight program registrations.

In the past we have applied for a scholarship through NEFC, is this still an option?
We have revised how we disperse funds from our Scholarship Fund. Now, these funds automatically go to support the Tier 3 and Tier 4 campers to close the gap between what they can afford and the actual cost to provide the program.

If even the Tier 4 price with a payment plan is still too much, please out reach to us and we can discuss any other funding options that might be available to campers with financial needs beyond these programs.

Will my camper have a different experience depending on the tier we choose?
No, absolutely not!‍ ‍
Every camper will have the same great NEFC experience regardless of what Tier you can afford. In fact, no one outside of the Camp Registrars will know who has registered under each Tier to protect the privacy of every family

If we register using Tier 1, will we get a donation receipt for the amount paid (over the cost of Camp)?
Yes, at the end of the camp season we will send donation receipts for the amount paid over the cost of the registered camp programs ($200).
